Shipping policy

We are very excited that you chose to shop with us at Piute Mountain Soap Company. We are forever grateful and hope that you enjoy the products as much as our family does. 

All of our products are made and shipped out of Caliente, CA. We take great pride in processing, packaging, and shipping every order within 2-5 business days. We make in small batches and to ensure freshness of balms and salves, they may be made on order. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee a shipping date due to delivery being managed by the postal carriers. 

Tracking

Package tracking will become available once the label is printed, and the order is scanned by the postal service. Please ensure the correct email address is entered with your order to receive tracking updates. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: The carriers are responsible for your package once we mail it. We cannot Replace or Refund lost or stolen packages shipped to the address you provided. We are not responsible for USPS or other carrier delays, please use your tracking number to track your package. Please double check your address. Please use due diligence to contact your post office with tracking number to find lost packages. These are handmade products that cannot be replaced. Soap takes 6 weeks to cure, is all small batched and cannot be replaced if lost.
